You have read the PowerPoint Presentation, with a partner, on Significant People in Illinois History as an introduction to this unit of study.

You will need to take some notes so that you will be able to determine why I have included these ten people as significant individuals in Illinois history.

Print out a copy of the note taking template, and reread the PowerPoint and make notes about the individuals you find there. You may work with a partner or you may work on your own. If you work with a partner you will each need to have a copy of this template.
